Processing methods

  • Hand-picked with clippers to protect stems and reduce rind damage.
  • Field sorting and shade pre-cooling before crating.
  • Direct-harvest experience: Clients may visit the farm to self-harvest from designated sections of the orange plantation.

  • Cool, shaded storage; avoid stacking beyond 6 crates high to prevent bruising.
  • Ship within 48 hours of harvest for retail orders.
