Processing methods

  • Ripe bunch reception and steaming within 24 hours of harvest to protect FFA (Free Fatty Acid) levels.
  • Mechanical pressing with calibrated screw press; decanting and clarification for bright color.
  • Final polishing, moisture check, and packaging into food-grade jerrycans or export drums (round jars).
